We are committed to making this process as smooth and easy as possible for you. We are always available for questions and will maintain contact with you throughout the entire process. Feel free to reach out at any time! Your photographer and videographer will also be in touch (within about 2 weeks of booking). They will set up a phone call with you to get to know you, learn what's important to you, and go over the details of your big day.
We have built an amazing team of wedding photographers and videographers that are all extremely professional and trained to deliver a high quality product. Every lighting, location, climate, and client is different. While variation always exists, we have all worked hard to develop a consistent style so you can rest assured that every member of our team will deliver quality content. You will be contacted by your videographer/photographer within about 2 weeks of booking. They will call you to introduce themselves and go over general details of the big day! There will be a second phone call the week before your wedding to finalize and confirm all details.
We love the fresh look of trendy imagery, but also see the importance of keeping a timeless, classic look that you will love for years to come. So our team combines the best of both of these in our unique and beautiful style of photography and videography. The photos and videos on our website reflect this. We are excited to accommodate your special requests regarding style, but we will capture your special day consistent with our style. We advise against referring our team to the specific work of others, as it hinders our creative process.
We are so excited to be a part of your special day! We will work with you to determine what you would like captured and the best timeline to accommodate that. We are happy to capture any part of your day (getting ready, first look, ceremony, bridal party, family, reception). This is your day, and we are committed to giving you the coverage you need. Your photographer and videographer will go over the timeline of your day with you so that everyone is on the same page.
We will be at your venue a minimum half-hour before the ceremony begins. If you’d like extra shots of you getting ready just let us know and we are happy to be there earlier! In most cases we are able to capture getting ready shots, ceremony & family photos all within the hours allotted for the ceremony.
If you would like to add extra coverage time to your current package please contact Becca at email@example.com. Extra hours can be added at the rate of $150 per hour per team member. We do our very best to accommodate your specific needs and even allow extra hours to be added the day of your event when necessary. If adding hours the day of please let your team know how much additional time you would like to add and check availability with them. Your team will notify Becca of the additional coverage time and TMT Weddings will invoice you.
It is customary to allow for a meal break for every 5 hours worked. This does not include travel time. This hour meal break can be substituted by a meal provided at either your wedding luncheon or reception.
